Runnin’ around town

I’ve been running on and off for 10 years. I’m currently on a low swing when it comes to running and I thought blogging about my climb back to the top might be more motivating than runshaming myself. So here goes…

I’ve been trying to motivate myself run consistently since I completed my first -at to date, only – 1/2 marathon.  I did pretty well with the training but once the 1/2 marathon was over I just stopped running – except for the occasional intermittent run.

I didn’t feel great on my run tonight – my body feels clunky and running feels awkward, but a run is a run at this point.  This is a bit cliche but, tomorrow is another day and another run.
